Training for the Unknown

training

Training for an ocean row is unlike preparing for anything else. There is no way to fully simulate isolation, exhaustion, or the mental strain of days without relief. What can be trained is discipline, consistency, and the ability to keep moving forward when motivation fades.

Every session builds resilience. Every early morning and late night reinforces the same lesson. Progress is earned quietly, long before it is visible. The ocean will test everything, so preparation must be honest and relentless.
